WORKERS’ COMPENSATION

Workers’ compensation is a form of insurance that provides wage replacement and medical benefits to employees injured while in the course of employment, in exchange for mandatory relinquishment of the employee’s right to sue his or her employer for negligence.

We treat Workers’ Comp claims, but information must be provided at the time of patient check-in. Please bring substantive paper work from your employer, detailing your company’s Workers’ Comp information.  We treat pain you may be experiencing.  We do NOT complete functional assessments.  We do NOT provide return to work guidance or any advice or documentation for disability claims.
