Our highly skilled ECPC Knightdale team includes Dr. Keogh, an expert, board-certified interventional pain medicine physician, Dr. Elizabeth Bagsby, board-certified PM&R and American Board of Pain Medicine physician and Davis Holt, FNP. Dr. Keogh is highly skilled in an array of treatment options including epidural steroid injections, spinal cord stimulation and radiofrequency ablation for chronic pain, as well as genicular nerve blocks for knee pain, prolotherapy, sprint and stem wave peripheral nerve stimulation for chronic pain of back, shoulders and knees. We specialize in various procedures for back pain, including as Kyphoplasty, and the MILD procedure for spinal stenosis, a minimally invasive treatment that requires no general anesthesia or stitches and is effective in relieving pain in the lower back, legs or buttocks when standing or walking. Additionally, we offer BOTOX® for migraine relief, as well as PRP injections to stimulate healing.
