Dr. Keogh is an expert, board-certified interventional pain medicine physician available to evaluate and treat your painful condition. Our highly skilled team includes Ali Elios, PA-C and Davis Holt, FNP. We can treat almost any painful condition including but not limited to: neck and back pain, degenerated or herniated discs, unrelieved pain after surgery, complex regional pain syndrome, vertebral compression fractures, diabetic and other neuropathies, migraines, arthritis and sports injuries.
We offer cutting-edge, innovative non-surgical and interventional pain treatment options. Dr. Keogh is highly skilled in an array of treatment options including epidural steroid injections, spinal cord stimulation and radiofrequency ablation for chronic pain, as well as genicular nerve blocks for knee pain, prolotherapy, sprint and stem wave peripheral nerve stimulation for chronic pain of back, shoulders and knees. We specialize in various procedures for back pain, including as Kyphoplasty, and the MILD procedure for spinal stenosis, a minimally invasive treatment that requires no general anesthesia or stitches and is effective in relieving pain in the lower back, legs or buttocks when standing or walking. Additionally, we offer BOTOX® for migraine relief, as well as PRP injections to stimulate healing.
